October 2018 Wish List🎃

October Wish List! I’ve seen a few different people post October Wish Lists, which are lists of products that you want to try or just things you want. It can be a list of anything you want, not exclusive to beauty or fashion. For my October Wish List, I have just chosen 5 make up/skin care items that’ve been occupying my everyday thoughts. These are not all products I haven’t tried before, most are things I have had samples of and am desperate for the full-size products.

Peter Tomas Roth Pumpkin Enzyme Mask

I have use a sample size portion before and I fell IN LOVE. I could make an entire blog post dedicated to the mask alone. First of all, this makes your skin smooth as hell. It tingles and exfoliates your skin leaving behind radiance. It also smells good, not too pumpkin-y. I’ve been wanting to get the full size but it’s expensive, available for $58.00 150 ML / 5.0 FL OZ on Peter Tomas Roth’s website, but I might splurge soon.

The follow are the mask’s benefits according to Peter Tomas Roth’s website:

Pumpkin Enzyme – a natural enzymatic exfoliator that helps smooth the skin’s surface.

Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) – chemically exfoliates to help reveal a fresher, more youthful and radiant appearance.

Aluminum Oxide Crystals – provide an effective physical exfoliation to polish skin, rejuvenating the appearance of a lackluster complexion.

Simple Micellar Cleansing Water

This is a pretty basic wish list item. I want to try out a new micellar water to remove make up. I don’t always wear much make up, but when I do I like to use micellar water as a first step in cleansing my skin. Simple’s micellar water says it is good for sensitive skin, which I have, so I think I’ll be picking this up soon.

Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint

I mentioned wanting to try this in a previous post (Love Song to Glossier). I prefer dewier natural looking make up and I definitely love a nice tinted moisturizer. The Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint contains glycerin to help maintain skin’s moisture. The shade I would buy, medium, looks to have a nice yellow undertone which is perfect for my skin. I feel like I see so products with a pinker undertone and that just doesn’t work for me. So, I really want to pick this up. It seems perfect for my ideal dewy natural make up look.

Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer

I love Too Faced, and I really look forward to seeing their booth at Generation Beauty in New York. Too Faced is always launching such cute products but I’m very interested in their more basic products. I like a moisturizing primer because my skin tends to be on the drier side. I tried a sample of this but I do not think that gave me enough uses to really form an opinion, so I want a full size to see how it wears and if it really moisturizes.

Sephora Collection #Lipstories Lipstick

During a weekend getaway in New York City I stopped in Sephora because I wanted to treat myself. I looked around and saw the display with all of Sephora’s #Lipstories Lipsticks. I am a nude lip girl, the closer to my natural lip color the better. So, when I saw the shade 06 Tan Lines I had to have it, so I bought it! The satin finish is to die for. At the time, I wanted to pick up 2 matte shades, 07 Love Love and 01 Brunch Date, but they were out of stock. These are both nude shades, similar to 06 Tan Lines, but sometimes more is more.

From left to right the shade are 01 Brunch Date, 06 Tan Lines, 07 Love Love.

Thanks for reading! Comment what your wish list items are!
