This is my first check in on the Halo Beauty Kiwi Seed Skin Booster supplement, if you did not read my original post on the product, I recommend checking it out here!
Today marks one straight week on Halo Beauty’s Kiwi Seed Skin Booster. I have followed the directions of taking 1 capsule per day. I have not really noticed any improvements so far. Right off the bat, I have to say my skin on my face does not look amazing. I’m having a pretty bad break out. This is not normal for me. I will get pimples on my chin and on my cheek from answering a dirty phone at work, but I do not think I have had so many pimples at once in a long time. With that being said, I have been very stressed out. I have slacked on my skin care routine. To top that all off, I think it’s almost my time of the month. I have gone into this with the expectation that my very minor break outs would be aided by this supplement, given that a major claim of the product is clear skin:
Key ingredients have been shown to reduce inflammation, helping to rejuvenate the skin’s natural state and maintain clear pores.*
Source ingredients act to inhibit the growth of bacteria associated with chronic skin conditions and help balance (oil secretion) sebum production. *
So far it has not done much. The skin on my body looks the same, however my elbows do feel pretty soft. I did not think that I would see vast improvements in one week of taking the Kiwi Seed Skin Booster, but I really did not expect a break out this week.
Here is a photo of my face freshly washed, moisturized, and dabbed with tea tree oil.
The right side of my face has more pimples on it than the left. Compared to last week I would say I have less redness on my face, but the lighting in the photos are different so we’ll just have to see the progress next week!
